Monochromatic contrasts

Alone, around this blue planet,
moon revolves,
...for fortnight, It evolves,
...for another, It dissolves!!

 The loneliness of moon,
is the dissolving part of it,
and strangely! the loneliness of moon,
is 'also' the evolving part of it!

Black and white
are contrasting and therefore,
because of existence of both,
each other's values thrive.

So if black wouldn't have existed,
there would not be any value of white
and white outshines only when
there is dark, rigorous nights

So in this monochromatic contrasts,
lies the important message of life,
you can't have just a straight line,
life demands analogue signs.

And so if you are lonely,
lost, sad, down, or depressed -
for this fortnight -

remember, there is
another fortnight
already ready
to elevate you high!

Just like that white moon
that keeps evolving
and dissolving.
